A disappointing trip. We have been several times over the years, but this was the first time that the 2 major rides were closed (told by staff that this is announced in an obscure part of the website) until April! It also took 40 minutes from ordering until our friends got 2 portions of chips at lunchtime. Very understaffed and not impressive this time. Check what is open and not before you go.

Great day out for young children, lots of activities and great memories made. Really enjoyed the fact that it’s a natural activity park where kids can learn to do activities themselves. I will be visiting regularly.

Plenty of different activities to fill the day. We’ve been peak season and didn’t have to wait long for rides/activities. We’ve also been half term in February and although not all rides were on (coaster and water slides) the cost of the tickets were appropriately reduced, also no queues for the other rides. Food and drink reasonably priced. Free Parking, great location. Friendly staff and very clean park.

Just a tad disappointed. We were made aware that there were two rides not in action, that's fine. When we got in, there were more than just two rides non operational, kiosks closed, animal area closed so less for a one year old to do. Overall, quite disappointed this time

Google seems to think this is a hotel. It is not. It is a well-kept adventure park. Dog friendly. Quiet during winter.

Fantastic day out, excellent value for money. Super clean and lots of fun to be had. The staff are lovely too, the lady who did the face painting was smiley, happy and kind. And we met the nicest gentleman “Simon” in the soft play area who was knowledgeable and super happy. Can’t recommend enough!!! We will definitely be back :) Thank you

We booked my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at Greenwood soft play. In the price we were provided with drinks, chicken nuggets, mozzarella bites, hotdogs, chips and ice cream. Sign at the front with my daughter’s name and age was a lovely touch. Tables were a lovely party colour with plates provided and cutlery. The area was very clean and ready for us on arrival. It was a stress free party and will be coming back! All staff are always friendly and welcoming. Best part was that we were made to feel welcome and not rushed to leave when the party had ended. The two ladies who were working on the evening had also bought my daughter a toy from the shop which she had took a liking to whilst entering Greenwood. I honestly can’t thank the staff enough for how polite and generous they were to my daughter. Thank you for making our experience wonderful and memorable. We will definitely be visiting again! Everyone thoroughly had the best time ever. Thank you once again. Catrin :)

Absolutely fantastic experience! Incredible value for money with so much to see and do. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and upbeat, making us feel right at home—they truly made all the difference!I was a bit dissapointed there was no availability for the tipi glamping but we've already looking forward to returning during the summer .

Nice place to visit with the kids, down side is that we had to pay adult price to get in and not to go on anything.

Took my 8 year old grandson during the October half term for a day out. Luckily we had a dry day so we spent 5 hours in the park. The queues were short which was great. Best rides were the rollercoaster and the Solar Splash but there was a good variety of things to keep children interested and lots of Halloween themed things to see. The only negative was the lack of grazing for the sheep and goats as they were on wet and muddy ground.

Went for the first time yesterday, Thought it woukd be better and more entertaining then it was, my 5 year old went on a few things couole of slides, a crap roller coaster, but nothing worth the price. Bit pricey. Food and drinks expensive. I witnessed a child falling off a go kart and it turning upside down and the staff member just standing there chatting. I wouldn't waste your money. Magician was nice and friendly but his act was a bit short aswell.

We had an absolutely brilliant day at Greenwood. We had 3 children with us aged 2yrs, 4yrs, and 5yrs and there was plenty for them all to do. Lots of lovely play areas and then rides and activities for the bigger kids. The most popular attractions were the big slides (solar splash) and the green dragon (rollercoaster). Be aware that you may get a bit wet on the slides but it's just a bit of spray, not a total soaking. There were lots of benches for grandad to sit down and lots of snack shacks and toilets dotted around so you never have to go far for what you need. The main cafe served lovely food. Service was a bit slow but they were very busy and the soft play kept the kids entertained while we waited. Most of the activities are outdoors so if the weather is awful it might limit what you can do a bit (or at least what you'd enjoy doing). But on a dry day this is a fantastic place. 100% recommend!

Great day out! We went with a 4 year old and an almost 2 year old - there isn’t a great deal for toddlers, but she enjoyed it nevertheless. Amazing day out for our 4 year old, he thoroughly enjoyed his birthday outing.
